What Happens After You Contact Us

Step 1: A short conversation

We ask about your current address, destination, home size, preferred date and any special items such as a car, a piano or a large aquarium. This takes about five minutes on the phone or WhatsApp.

Step 2: Survey

Dates: your preferred moving date and how flexible it is. Extras: whether you need packing, unpacking, storage or transit insurance.
